Cairn Guides User Research; Website Architecture and Branding
The founder of Cairn guides originally approached me with the idea to build an app for offering his services as an outdoor guide. Through the process of rebranding, conducting user interviews and competitive research, we determined the solution to his problem was a website; Not an app.
I used the data we gathered to create user personas. With these users in mind, I outlined the information architecture of his website and created basic wireframes for each page.
